Airgap, Mercuko Apps tarafından geliştirilir. Bu politika Airgap’in iOS uygulaması, Android uygulaması ve web sitesi için geçerlidir.

Topladığımız veriler

Hiçbiri. Mercuko Apps senin hakkında kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz ve kimseyle paylaşmaz.

• Analitik yok. Kullanım istatistiği tutmayız.
• Reklam yok. Reklam kimliği kullanmayız.
• Çökme raporlama aracı yok.
• İzleme yok. Seni uygulamalar ya da siteler arasında takip etmeyiz.

• Dosyalarını cihazında kalıcı olarak saklamayız.

Dosyaların nasıl işlenir

Seçtiğin dosyalar tamamen cihazında, bellekte işlenir. Hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez; ne bize ne de başka birine.

Mobil uygulama

Sistemin dosya seçicisi ya da paylaşım ekranı bir dosyaya ihtiyaç duyduğunda, uygulamanın yalnızca kendisinin erişebildiği önbellek klasörüne geçici bir kopya yazılabilir. Bu kopya okunduktan sonra, “Başka işlem”e dokunduğunda ya da en geç uygulamanın bir sonraki açılışında silinir.

Web sitesi

Dosyaların tarayıcı sekmesinin belleğinde kalır ve bir Web Worker içinde işlenir. Hiçbir zaman yüklenmez. Sonuç, indirdikten 60 saniye sonra ya da sekmeyi kapattığında bellekten silinir.

Ağ erişimi

Android uygulamasının yayın sürümleri INTERNET izni olmadan dağıtılır. Bu yüzden uygulama ağa bağlanamaz.

iOS uygulaması, dosyalarını ya da içeriklerini ağ üzerinden gönderen hiçbir kod içermez.

PDF şifreleri

Bir PDF’i şifrelerken ya da şifresini açarken girdiğin parola yalnızca o işlem için kullanılır. Saklanmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

İzinler

• Fotoğraflarına yalnızca sistemin fotoğraf seçicisi üzerinden erişilir. Uygulama yalnızca senin seçtiğin fotoğrafları görür. Normal kullanım için tüm fotoğraf arşivine erişim istenmez.
• iOS’ta “Fotoğraflara ekle” izni yalnızca paylaşım ekranında “Görüntüyü Kaydet”i seçersen kullanılır.
• Kamera, mikrofon, konum ya da kişiler izni istenmez.

Paylaşma

Bir sonucu sistemin paylaşım ekranıyla başka bir uygulamaya ya da servise gönderdiğinde, dosya o uygulamaya geçer. Bundan sonrası için o uygulamanın ya da servisin kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

Web sitesinin barındırılması

Web sitesi statik dosyalardan oluşur ve bir barındırma/CDN sağlayıcısı tarafından sunulur (planlanan: Cloudflare Pages). Her web sunucusunda olduğu gibi bu sağlayıcı, sayfayı sana ulaştırmak ve kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için IP adresi ve istek kayıtları gibi teknik verileri işleyebilir.

Biz analitik çalıştırmayız ve bu kayıtları kullanıcıları tanımak için kullanmayız. Site üçüncü taraf script ya da font yüklemez.

Çocuklar

Airgap hiçbir kişisel veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da veri toplamaz.

Hakların (KVKK ve GDPR)

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR), kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme gibi haklar tanır. Kişisel verini işlemediğimiz için normalde erişilecek ya da silinecek bir veri yoktur. Yine de bir sorun ya da talebin olursa iletisim@mercukoapps.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 29 October 2026

In short: Airgap does not collect, store or share any personal data about you. The files you pick are processed on your device and are never sent to any server.

Who we are and what this covers

Airgap is developed by Mercuko Apps. This policy applies to the Airgap iOS app, the Airgap Android app and the Airgap website.

Data we collect

None. Mercuko Apps does not collect, store or share personal data about you.

• No accounts. We never ask you to sign up or sign in.
• No analytics. We keep no usage statistics.
• No advertising. We do not use advertising IDs.
• No crash reporting tools.
• No tracking. We do not follow you across apps or websites.
• No cookies.
• We do not store your files permanently on your device.

How your files are processed

The files you pick are processed entirely on your device, in memory. They are never uploaded, not to us and not to anyone else.

Mobile app

When the system file picker or share sheet needs a file, a temporary copy may be written to the app’s private cache folder, which only the app can access. That copy is deleted after it has been read, when you tap “Başka işlem” (“Another task”), or at the latest the next time the app starts.

Website

Your files stay in the memory of your browser tab and are processed in a Web Worker. They are never uploaded. The result is cleared from memory 60 seconds after you download it, or when you close the tab.

Network access

Release builds of the Android app ship without the INTERNET permission, so the app cannot reach the network.

The iOS app contains no code that sends your files or their contents over the network.

PDF passwords

A password you enter to encrypt or unlock a PDF is used only for that operation. It is never stored and never sent anywhere.

Permissions

• Photos are accessed only through the system photo picker. The app sees only the photos you select. Full photo library access is not requested for normal use.
• On iOS, the “Add to Photos” permission is used only if you choose “Save Image” in the share sheet.
• No camera, microphone, location or contacts permission is requested.

Sharing

When you send a result to another app or service through the system share sheet, the file passes to that app. From then on, that app’s or service’s own privacy policy applies.

Website hosting

The website is made of static files served by a hosting/CDN provider (planned: Cloudflare Pages). Like any web server, the provider may process technical data such as your IP address and request logs in order to deliver the page and protect it against abuse.

We do not run analytics and we do not use those logs to identify users. The site loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Children

Airgap collects no personal data, so it collects none from children either.

Your rights (KVKK and GDPR)

Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) give you rights such as accessing your personal data and asking for it to be corrected or erased. Because we do not process personal data, there is normally nothing to access or erase. You can still write to iletisim@mercukoapps.com with any question or request.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new text on this page with a new effective date.
